The Sujok acupressure ring is an amazing little self-messaging tool. Acupressure applies the same principal as acupuncture but does not actually pierce or 'puncture in the skin.

Simply roll the ring up and down each finger 20-30 seconds to activate acupressure points in the fingers. Both online courses are of 20 hours. Every day it will be approx 2 hours. In case you miss the class you can see recording on very next day.
